Before you read any further, let's talk about the elephant in the room. The economy. You are probably thinking that you just don't have the money to spent on an extravagance like coaching right now. You may be right but I would bet you are not. This is actually the perfect time to evaluate your company, plan for the future, decide what works and what doesn't and get ready for people to spend money again ( in fact, they still are). The economy is going to recover and the difference between you and those who don't make it will be your hand outstretched ready to take that check. That is where I come in. I help you figure out the how, when, why and why not.

I played soccer in high school. Not always well, but I played. I was a goal tender (the coolest position on the field) and while I didn't need to kick the ball a lot, I did need to know how.

This particular skill was not my strong point. I remember standing on the field one day and asking for help. Here is the advice I got... "Just kick the ball over there." Not really helpful, in fact it made me feel worse. I needed to know exactly how to make the ball go "over there" and the confidence to keep trying until I got it right. Now I just felt stupid. Should I somehow just know how to do this?

The answer is "no". Not everyone is instantly good at everything. I needed someone to take the time to break down the process and work with me until I got it.

I try to remember that feeling whenever I teach or coach. I am here to help empower, encourage and support you toward what you want.

It was a trusted advisor who helped guide me to the success I have today. Now I am able to turn around and be the same for others.

Individual Coaching (6-9 month sessions)

Because you are an individual, this is just an overview. We will work together to work out a plan that is right for you. A 6 month session includes:

Individual Coaching  (2-Hour sessions)

Sometimes you just need some help before a presentation, need to run an idea past a neutral person or maybe you want to try this out before making a longer commitment.
