I am you. I started a creative business in 2000 and even with all my training, I didn't really know how to run the "business" side of things. I tried, I tried really hard, but it wasn't until I got the help and information I really needed that I became successful. Helping other creative business owners has become my passion.

I hate to watch a creative person flounder because no one really explained the business side of things to them.

I am not talking about a generalized marketing book or the generalized information you can get hunting around and asking questions. I am talking about specific and usable tools and advice.

That is why I started this retreat and why I have chosen the speakers and topics presented this year. Because I know they will help. I know they will work. Why? Because this information is what turned my company around and I have watched it help so many other creative business owners.
